“SUNRISE ORGANIC HERBAL PARK”
We have a scientifically established and well planned organic herbal park, spread in 162 acres of land, at Shree Pinjarapole Goushala, Sanganer, Jaipur. Located in the heart of the city, Sunrise Organic Herbal Park is replete with direct demonstrations of different farming techniques.

- Practical Training: Field Visit.
Research Lab
We have a well-equipped lab with all necessary instruments. We provide hands-on training with all the instruments regarding plant tissue culture, microbiology and herbal drug extraction. We also work on elemental and heavy metal testing, adulterants and contaminants, pesticide analysis, microbial assay and analysis and shelf life.
Training Hall
We have a training hall with ethnic ambience, located in the heart of Sunrise Organic Park. The training hall boasts the look of an Ashram from the Vedic period. The things we use are also made by rural people.
Dairy Development
HCMS is using advanced organic technologies for dairy development. We have more than 2500 Indian cows of different breeds like Gir, Sahiwal, Nagori, Kankrej, Red Sindhi, Haryana, Dangi, Mewati, Malvi etc.
Here, we run a Desi Breed Development Project under which we are developing Desi Cow breeds to increase their population. To feed these cows, we cultivate highly nutritious varieties of fodder like Alfalfa, Azolla, Moringa etc. The aim is to nurture Indian breed cows and promote Desi Cow Milk, Ghee, Cow Dung, Gaumutra etc.
Organic Product Knowledge Center
At the institute, we run an organic shop to offer organic and pesticide-free grocery and wellness products to improve the wellbeing and lifestyle of the people.
Irrigation Systems
Irrigation is the artificial application of water to land for the purposes of agricultural production. Effective irrigation influences the entire growth process, from seedbed preparation, germination, root growth, nutrient utilization, plant growth and regrowth to yield and quality. We have an advanced drip irrigation system network spread all over the farm and we are equipped with bore wells, ensuring 24x7 water availability.
Rain Water Harvesting
A rainwater harvesting system comprises components of various stages: transporting rainwater through pipes or drains, filtration and storage in tanks for reuse or recharge. Rajasthan is a state that receives a meager 2% of the total rainfall in India.
Biogas Plant
Biogas is an eco-friendly fuel made with cattle dung, which is the core raw material for biogas plants. However, night-soil, poultry litter and agricultural wastes can also be used as inputs for biogas. The biogas raw material not only produces biogas but also gives us a nutrient-rich slurry that can be used as manure. We at HCMS have 2 such biogas plants which are in operation for past 15 years.
Gau-Kashtha Making Center (Firewood Made of Cow Dung)
A combination of dung and straw (or any agro-waste or harvested crop residues) is fed into the hopper of the machine. The screw mechanism in the machine helps in mixing raw materials thoroughly, compressing them and extruding them out. By using different sizes and shapes of dye, logs of different shapes and sizes can be easily made. Logs are dried in the sun, making them hard and sturdy. Gau-Kashtha is used as a substitute for wood for havan, yagya and cremation. Compared to firewood and other alternatives, cremation using cow dung logs costs less. We are using 4 tons of cow dung daily to make Gau-Kashtha.
Cow Dung Pots Making
As a substitute for non-biodegradable plastic grow bags, HCMS has developed eco-friendly pots using desi cow dung and agriculture waste through Women SHGs. Cow dung pots are biodegradable. We are making 500 of these pots daily.
Organic Manure/Fertilizer Manufacturing Unit
We are Asia’s biggest handmade manure-making unit, where we use 30 tons of cow dung daily to produce high-quality vermicompost. Here, we produce 10800,000 kg of manure a year. Different kinds of manures, like Neem Cake and Trichoderma, are manufactured over here to meet the demand from all over India.
- Vermicompost Making Unit
- Gomutra Biofertilizer
- Vermiwash Bio-Growth Booster
- Aloevera Biofertilizer
- Bio-compost-making unit
- Seaweed biofertilizer
Dhoop Batti And Agar Batti Making
We are using 100 kgs. of cow dung daily to make dhupbattis and agarbattis (incense sticks) at our site with the help of women associated with us through SHGs. This is an endeavor to empower them financially.
